ABOUT THE ROLE
This internship is a balance of pro-activeness, reliability, and teamwork. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the Paris office environment and culture, as well as supporting the activities of the wider French team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to get experience and exposure in a fast growing international startup.
WHAT WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH
Event Management & Local Marketing:
Assist with the coordination and execution of local events and mailouts to engage with clients and candidates
Assist the Sales team activities – identifying prospects, active watch on new opportunities
Manage the inbox of client and candidate communications for the Paris market
Manage the interview scheduling process for all interviews arranged on the Hired platform for the Paris market
Action follow ups to clients and candidates as necessary to propel processes forward for the Paris market
Track, manage and report on the status of French processes in Salesforce/Admin
Take ownership of the open process sheet to make sure they are up to date, and conduct process list meetings
Manage local office environment:
Organize local team activities, offsites and weekly lunches
Communicate office updates and general information
Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
Facilitate all local processes and liaise/communicate with HQ
Act as the main point of contact for all facilities vendors and suppliers in Paris
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Very proactive, helpful and reliable

Quick and willing learner with a natural curiosity and a strong attention to detail
Able to efficiently work in a fast-paced rapidly growing organization
Great collaborative working
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to hustle and be scrappy – willing to get hands dirty to do what it takes to make the business successful

Must be able to speak, read & write in English
