This cultural change that was relatively simple to implement in a project team, is much more difficult to operate at the entire structure size.
The freedom of teams, independence and confidence that should be given to them face a hierarchical and procedural organization that governs the vast majority of companies.
Managers today need to change their posture and learn to trust to enable their teams to be more responsive, more innovative, more productive and motivated.
