Human resources are key in companies' performance. Yet, employer branding, which is a prerequisite for attraction and retention of talents, has been neglected for a long time, as opposed to commercial branding.
Today, it is a strategic topic for companies, whatever their size. Some essential goals of an effective HR department are to recruit applicants who are genuinely aligned with the company’s project, to value its uniqueness and its work environment so as to attract highly popular profiles but also internally, to retain and engage collaborators. Constructing a consistent and authentic employer brand, and knowing how to enhance it through the right channels of communication and contents, is both an issue of image and of economic competitiveness.
