The Challenge



The goal of the Business Development Manager (BDM) is to generate qualified and engaged leads in cold accounts. In order to make this happen, he/she creates and drives innovative outbound sales campaigns and analyses business information from our clients. He/she seeks to understand the business context of the targeted account and the background of key stakeholders like the Heads of Treasury or CFOs. He/she drives a smart and scalable prospecting process and is able to make contact and build an effective rapport.Reporting to the Country Manager, the BDR works closely with the marketing department to align on campaigns and maximize impact.


The Role


The BDR represents the entry role into a successful sales career at Kantox. In 12-18 month the BDR will become a Forex Specialists able to get inside our clients’ Forex-world and assess the best strategy to reduce risks, save money, simplify operations and maximise competitivity.




Kantox is looking for eager and extroverted individuals able to follow a smart sales process kicking off an amazing business experience for our clients. Therefore, the ideal candidate has to understand the business and the needs of prospects in order to easily build rapport and relationships with other people.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance and economics and is interested in becoming a Forex expert in a company that is disrupting the market and creating a new way of making business. Communication skills, consultative skills and energy are the key to success in this position.

Individuals with 1 or 2 years of sales experience in SaaS companies, talented graduates and junior consultants keen on a long-term career are our main focus.

French native preferred
